Back to School Drama

On Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st August, DGS Gàidhlig pupils, Gaelic Learners and Sandbank Gaelic Medium Primary 5 – 7 pupils had the chance to take part in drama workshops with David Walker, a Gaelic actor well known for his role in BBC Drama ‘Bannan’.

Throughout the sessions, pupils took part in different drama games through the medium of Gaelic and performed short scenes. The Gaelic Learners group worked on developing their drama skills to enable them to take part in this year’s Gaelic Short Film Competition, FilmG, while using simple Gaelic phrases.
